After leading the brand transformation for Subway as Global Chief Marketing Officer, I relocated from raising my two sons in New York City to Mahone Bay, my family’s legacy home in Nova Scotia. I also lead Ampersand R&D to conduct research into customer needs and design new services, products and experiences. I serve as fund advisor to Evatar.ai, bringing automated social media to enable anyone to become omnipresent. As adjunct professor in the MBA programs at Dalhousie and St. Mary’s University in Halifax, I teach Complexity & Creativity, Leading & Influencing, Team Engagement and Business Analytics.
