Hi, I am Mary Ellen Makhlouf. I’ve always been driven by a passion for fostering innovation and growth for businesses in Nova Scotia.
I have spearheaded the startup and expansion of numerous Canadian businesses and non-profits across tourism, technology (med-tech, agri-tech, prop-tech, fin-tech), consumer packaged goods and more sectors.
I am proud to have managed and successfully realized projects backed by significant funders like CBDC, Digital Nova Scotia, the Centre for Women in Business; Communities, Culture, Tourism and Heritage Nova Scotia; Community Foundations Canada, the Pictou County Enterprise Network and Boehringer Ingelheim.
My expertise lies in harnessing the power of technology within marketing teams to drive growth and digital adoption. I have done this in both a consulting and directly hands-on approach, depending on the needs of the business and the size of the team.
